Living locally for over three decades, when it was time to downsize from the family home, Michael and Lois were relieved that Rivervue was in their local and familiar area.

After looking at smaller homes in the suburbs, and townhouses with stairs, they realised Rivervue offered so much more than a smaller home on a single level. Freeing themselves of previous responsibilities of home maintenance, Michael and Lois now enjoy a greater sense of community with so many options to spend their day doing what they want to do, not what they have to do.

Lois, who is recently retired, asked herself, "Why didn't I give up work earlier?" realising there's not enough time to do all the things on offer at Rivervue.
