Safety and security is a priority at Rivervue, and your safety and peace of mind is paramount to us.

Duress systems are installed in all homes and our Community Centre, and are monitored by nurse-on-call 24/7. Once activated by a resident, the INS LifeGuard Monitoring Service will connect the Resident to a registered nurse. The nurse will assess the situation and action emergency services as required.

This service extends beyond medical emergencies and can be used to report situations in the village such as water leaks, electrical faults and power outages.

Rivervue is a gated community, with automatic gates providing security for residents after hours, and our CCTV system offers peace of mind.

Our friendly staff are available Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
