Channel 7’s Sunrise Broadcasts Live from Rivervue!
In December, Rivervue Retirement Village welcomed Sunrise weatherman and celebrity, Sam Mac, for a special live broadcast! Our residents were thrilled to showcase their vibrant community and give Sunrise viewers a glimpse into life at Rivervue.
Throughout the morning, Sam experienced firsthand what makes Rivervue such a fantastic place to live:
- Carpet bowls and table tennis – A little friendly competition and plenty of laughs!
- Mimosas with the Ladies Friendship Group – The perfect way to start the morning.
- Planting a tree in our stunning wetlands – Contributing to Rivervue’s beautiful natural surroundings.
- Taking part in the Rivervue Fashion Walk – Showcasing style and confidence on the fashion walk.
- Admiring the breathtaking views from the Community Centre – Overlooking the serene Maribyrnong River.
It was a morning filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit!
