Step 1: Visit our village and meet our sales consultants
The first step on your retirement living journey is to visit Rivervue. During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to meet with our experienced sales consultants, who are here to guide you through the process.
This visit serves two essential purposes: to provide you with a better understanding of retirement living at our village, and to inspect our available properties. Our consultants are always eager to answer your questions and help you explore the gardens and amenities, ensuring you feel well-informed throughout your visit.
Step 2: Secure your ideal home with a $2,000 deposit
Once you've explored the village and available properties, and you're excited about what you've seen, it's time to secure your ideal retirement home with a $2,000 deposit.
Step 3: The cooling off period
Following your deposit, you'll enter a 21-day cooling off period. During this time, you have the freedom to discuss your decision with family, friends, and your solicitor. We encourage you to vis us anytime you like to inspect your future home and address any questions or concerns you may have. We value transparency and your comfort, so we're here to ensure you have all the information you need to feel confident and comfortable.
Step 4: Contract and deposit
When you're ready to proceed, the next step is signing the contract and paying a 10% deposit. There are also solicitor fees applicable to have your Rivervue contract drawn up.
Step 5: No further payments until settlement
After the 10% deposit, there are no further financial commitments until settlement, so you can focus on decluttering and selling your current home.

You’ll have plenty of time to sell your current home
We’ll work with you to ensure you have plenty of time to sell your current home, so you can take the stress out of the process. You’ll have up to 6 months to sell your home from the date you pay your deposit on your brand new Rivervue home.
We’ll connect you with the real estate and downsizing experts
We’ll also put you in touch with real estate agents who can help you secure the best price for your family home. Additionally, if you need assistance with decluttering and packing for the move, we’ll connect you with the downsizing and moving experts to make your transition to your new home as stress-free as possible.
